Antonio Henderson, a celebrity chef born and raised in Richmond,Virginia, gained a passion for cooking being raised by his Great-Grandmother and Grandmother. Who were both cooks at the private school he attended, he says waking up at 4:30am every morning to cut veggies, stirr reus and kneeling dough made him passion for cooking grow as he got older.
Chef Henderson later on moved to Miami to pursue his cooking career, while living in Miami he got a chance to work at exclusive restaurants and resorts, to name a few The Standard by Andre Balazs, and Beach Craft by Tom Colicchio. He cooked for NFL player Marcus Gilcrest, singer Trey Songz, rapper Dave East, politicians and Hedge fund managers. You may have also seen him on The Real Housewives of Potomac and your local Richmond news station.
Chef Henderson recently became an Executive Chef at a high end southern cuisine restaurant in Richmond, Virginia. His motto is “cook from your heart and think on your feet”.
